• Generate AI responses and weekly insight reports
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Send important service-related communications

3. AI Processing

Your chat messages and task data are sent to third-party AI providers (Google Gemini) to generate responses. These providers process data according to their own privacy policies. We do not use your data to train AI models.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (hosted on AWS) and Vercel. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Service providers necessary to operate TaskMind (Supabase, Vercel, Google, Razorpay)
• Law enforcement when required by law

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Chat messages are used to generate weekly insights and improve your experience. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
