By accessing or using TaskMind ("the Service"), operated by Aryan ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

TaskMind is an AI-powered productivity tool that helps you manage tasks, build habits, and track your progress through a conversational interface. The Service is provided on a free and paid subscription basis.

3. User Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed as one-time payments or recurring subscriptions as described on our pricing page. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By purchasing a plan, you agree to pay the stated price. All sales are final and non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for details.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Abuse the AI chat system (spam, automated requests, etc.)

The Service, including its design, code, and AI models, is owned by us. You retain ownership of any personal data and content you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the Service.
